All users have access to LLM-driven AI certification, and you can always use this app as a regular fitness training planner. Once you've received your evaluation results, you can input your 1RM and choose from various fitness templates. You can also join the "Medal of Sweat" challenges for an unlimited motivation boost or purchase merchandise to showcase your achievements. Although gym buddy matching isn't unlocked yet, you can still enjoy socializing on the Phyziq Feed.

Overall, we aim to keep challenge verification flexible, as we do not intend to profit from users’ forfeited funds and scareoff potential users. Our focus is on motivating users (and selling medals).
